| * Fill out simple online application and discuss the nature of your practice in brief detail *Brief phone interview & possible hands on interview depending on the nature of your services *Attend the 2 hour Breathe Agency team orientation (this includes an introductory overview of the B.E. P.A.R.E.N.T.S. program which prepares you to better support clients referred by the agency who have taken this class) *Attend at least one Breathe Agency team meeting/function per year. *Review and sign contract. |

| *Professional profile & listing on our calendar of events on Breathe Agency website *Referrals to your services *Make 10% commission each time you refer a client (who follows through with their service) to Breathe Agency classes or services given by the owner. *Discounts on classes, services and products offered by Breathe Agency and its team members (who wish to participate). *Great opportunity to build your own clientele and income. *Extremely low referral commission (20%) is taken by Breathe Agency only when a client (referred by Breathe Agency) follows through with an appointment. |
