Website and Integrated Campaign

Working alongside the ATL creative, we were tasked with increasing passenger numbers and finding innovative ways to reach a busy target audience.

First things first, we overhauled the website to streamline the booking process and facilitate an easier customer journey. Once the hub was sorted, we began rolling out digital ATL and outdoor collateral for both strategic brand awareness and tactical route/price campaigns. The result was an increase in bookings via cityjet.com of 35%.
