TJX Europe (parent of TK Maxx and Homesense) need to find the brightest and most entrepreneurial graduates to help their business grow in the UK and in the other European countries where they operate. Their Graduate recruitment website is a key part of their Talent Acquisition programme and Breathe was chosen as the digital partner to design and build a new site to drive applications from Graduates looking to start their retail careers.
The challenge for Breathe was to communicate the culture, ethos and dynamic nature of this unique retailer. We also had to explain the “off price” business model which TJX use globally to bring their customers branded products at 60% lower than recommended price.
Our solution is a dynamic and highly visual website which encapsulates the brand and gets across the message that TJX is an exiting business that’s going places.
