Our brief was to bring life back to the Sunny D Facebook, grow the fan base, and achieve more likes, more shares, and more engagement. Our social media team developed a light-hearted theme for all social media communication. Giving the brand a personality, driving home the brands benefits (such as low sugar and vitamin D).
In 24 months, we have moved the Facebook fans from 16,000 to 60,000, improved engagement rate by over 20%, CTR to website has improved by 49%.
