Brief: Plan, design and build a functional site, to allow a variety of users to quickly access the information they require for their journey with the charity.
Solution: We followed a strict UX/UI process to create clear journeys for each of the charity user groups, including multiple uses of forms, events software, application portals, user area and document upload. This was followed by a clever design using the rebrand work and colour brake down. Once approved we built in Umbraco, to ensure the internal team journeys were easy, so quick changes could be made to ensure accessibility on all journeys as required.
