Solution: Develop a “brand utility” site (www.pottytraining.co.uk) with useful information for parents on potty training. Link a number of disparate Huggie’s sites under one umbrella to improve SEO. Develop a mobile app and a range of downloadable nursery items to engage children with the potty training process.
Outcome: The new site moved Huggie’s from page six on Google to page one. Success of the UK site led to a roll out of our Potty Training site in a number of European countries, not only with language changes but taking account of cultural attitudes to Potty Training.
