Brief: Innocean came to us and asked us for a better way to help monitor their auto brands’ competitors emails. They wanted to review all aspects of their approach to email and this was a logical first step. Budgets were minimal and it was needed over a weekend.
Solution: Fortunately we had already reviewed the available software and solutions relevant to this task and had chosen this one as offering the best capabilities at a rock bottom cost. We set up the system to track all the major competitor auto brands and within a few hours it was working and the first reports were available. Within a week those reports were showing email very detailed marketing tactics. Within a month eCRM strategies became visible via the reports. Costs were minimal.
Outcome: Our clients were delighted with the reports as it got them out of a time pressure pickle and at very low cost. We are now working on an even richer version that will track campaigns regionally around dealerships and much more!
