The Breathe management team have a vast and broad range of Digital and Marketing Skills, we have worked with many of the worlds best known businesses many Government departments and a number of successful start-ups. As a team we take pride in the fact that we have all worked together for many years, we work together in a way that can only be born out of longevity.

Martin Hall

Managing Director and Founder

Martin is our hands on MD, with over 30 years’ senior Board level experience in the marketing arena. Martin’s business philosophy is rooted in delivering excellent solutions underpinned by unrivalled client service, unfettered creative thinking, cutting edge yet robust technology and high levels of quality control.

John ‘JP’ Allard

Associate Director/Strategic Partner

As Founder and Managing Director of The Video News Factory (our strategic partner for Video/Animation), JP brings Breathe clients a vast amount of experience. The team at TVNF (with their HQ in Milton Keynes), have studio facilities, state of the art video capture technology, postproduction expertise and the ability to deliver content, including live streaming, on location, 3D animation and motion graphics. This partnership gives our clients access to cost effective TV advertising on SKY and ITV.

Darron Dammarell

Head of Client Success

Darron’s career started in graphic design, sitting firmly in the creative area of Breathe’s business. He has built on his in depth understanding of the production process and ultimately delivering great solutions on time and on brief, to become our Head of Client Success. With client service sitting front and centre in Breathe’s business model, it’s Darron’s job to make sure we meet and manage our clients expectations and ensure they are delighted by their interactions with our team.

Sarah Gill

Project Director

Sarah manages some of our most challenging projects, combining her creativity with in-depth technical knowledge and understanding; her skill is getting the best outcomes from our multi-disciplinary team. When managing projects, Sarah’s focus is keeping her eye on the “prize”, she knows it’s easy to let the technology or the creativity dominate the process and what’s actually most important is to deliver the solution.

Keir Nicholson

Technical Project Lead

Many of the projects Breathe get involved in are technically challenging, often requiring complex integrations of numerous applications. Keir has the experience and the ability to firstly understand the desired outcome and then build the most effective solution. Many of the projects that Keir leads involve taking existing but flawed digital solutions, unravel the technology and improve the users experience to acheive the desired outcome.

Rute Gomes

Head of Creative

Rute is our most senior designer, her start point is firstly creative and secondly digital, ensuring that our technical solutions are engaging and ensure target users get to our clients desired destination via an experience that is both enjoyable and intuitive. Rute has broad experience with clients ranging from household FMCG brands through to public sector organisations and educational establishments.

An online interaction should be no different to any other interaction a human has with an organisation. Marilyn leads our charge to ensure that the user experience and user interface elements of our projects are simple, intuitive and lead target audiences to the right place. Marilyn started her career as a designer and has subsequently blended her creative talents with her logical mind to make our solutions simply brilliant.

Sue Hutchings

Operations Manager

Every well oiled machine needs a chief engineer to keep the cogs turning, Sue is the one in our team with a spanner in her hand keeping the pistons pumping. Her role is vitally important in ensuring that our team can focus on the challenges that our clients set for us. Sue keeps us safe in the knowledge that the “back office” is running smoothly and that everything is in place to allow us to deliver the great solutions we pride ourselves on.
